P&C WISH LIST FUNDING

At the last assembly, P&C President Rhia Bradtke, presented a cheque for $30 203.00 to Ms Roberts, our Principal, to cover all the items the school had on the 'Wish List'. This was given to the P&C earlier in the year. Thank you to all those who helped the P&C to make this money available for the school.

JUNIOR MATHS NIGHT

Over 65 families joined in the fun at the recent Junior Maths Family Night. They rotated through eight classes set up with lots of fun hands-on maths activities for them to meet the challenge and do together. As you can see in the photos it was a very enjoyable and fun time for all of them and the teachers who were there to walk them through the activities and assist if needed.

SUPER SCIENTIST

With the Super Scientist Finals coming up soon, the last of the students selected for the finals in each year level, have been presenting their experiments to their peers, to see who is the winner in each year. Those students from Year 1 to Year 6 will then present their experiment or project to the whole school at a special Super Scientist Assembly.

65 ROSES FUNDRAISING FOR CYSTIC FIBROSIS

Congratulations to Rubie in Room 31 and her assistant Stephanie, who did a marvellous job to sell 100 Roses and raise over $500 for Cystic Fibrosis Research. They could have sold a lot more if they had them as there were a lot of students, parents and teachers who would have like to buy one. Perhaps they can order more for next year.
